Current In Person Gathering Guidelines

Sunday services are at 9:00am (masks) and 10:45am (masks recommended). The Worship Hall has socially-distanced seating during both services (every-other-row and three seats between households).

We no longer need you to register for these services, but registration is required for infant-PreK childcare and elementary worship gatherings (K-5th). If you are unable to join us in person on Sunday, all services will be broadcast on our website.

Classes for Infants-2 year olds & 3s-PreK are available during both services, and K-5th Grade Children’s Gatherings are only available during the 10:45am service.

How to Register Your Children

Click the “register” button on this page, click the check box for each child who will attend, and select a service time and room for each.

If you need to cancel or change your registration, or if you have any trouble registering, please email

Before completing this registration, please read Grace Community Church’s Assumption of Risk Statement.

When you register for this event, you will be subscribed to Grace Community Church’s email list.

Children’s Classrooms

Our volunteers will be temperature checked before they serve, practice frequent hand washing, and are required to wear face coverings during the class. We are also requiring our K-5th grade students to wear masks and practice social distancing while in the classroom. If your child does not have a mask of their own, we will provide a child’s size disposable mask for them.

Our rooms have been thoroughly cleaned and we have removed some of the toys and accessories in order to cut down on the number of objects being touched and possibly shared. We will NOT be offering snacks or drinks during this time, and each child will have access to their own crayons, markers, and craft supplies.

As we continue to increase the number of Sunday morning classes for our children, we also need to prepare for the day when some of our volunteers are unable to serve because of travel or sickness. In the past we have used a quarterly substitute list; every parent who is not currently volunteering is allotted a Sunday in which to serve.

During this season, we know that many of you have not returned to in-person gatherings yet, and we completely support you in that decision. But for those of you who have returned, we would like to ask for you to participate in our new substitute list. Please email to be added.
