Our church leadership is called to serve the congregation in developing a life of discipleship and to equip us to minister in the church and in the world.



Staff



   Scott Patty, Pastor

Scott is the founding pastor of Grace Community Church. Before he began Grace in 1993, he served as a youth pastor for ten years. He was raised in Nashville and came to faith in Christ as a high school student. He graduated from Belmont University in 1985 and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1989. Scott is married to Beth and has two daughters, Emily and Hannah. Scott's primary calling in the church is to lead the congregation by casting a biblical vision for all of life through the preaching of God's word.



 


   Jamie Mosley, Director of Church Ministries and Administration

Jamie came to Grace Community Church in 2005. He graduated from Union University in 2001 with a degree in Mathematics and completed his Master of Divinity degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2005. He married his wife Suzanne in 2002, and their son, John Martin, was born in 2005. Jamie’s role is to serve the church by implementing the vision and strategy for congregational discipleship and outreach, and by directing the operations of the church.



 


   Jeff Bourque, Director of Worship

Jeff has been attending Grace Community Church since his freshman year at Belmont University in 1994. After graduating from Belmont's Music Business program, he traveled for three years as an itinerant worship leader before being asked to join the staff at Grace as Director of Worship. He has served in this capacity since January of 2002. In November of 2004, he married his wife Kelly. His aim is to encourage the body of believers at Grace through coordinating and leading corporate worship that glorifies God and is centered on the gospel.



 


   Jason Miller, Director of Children's Ministry

Jason joined Grace in January of 2007. He graduated from Union University in 2000, and is continuing to work on a Master of Divinity degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jason met his wife Sally while teaching children with Life Action Ministries in 1995. They were married in August of 1998, and have three beautiful daughters: Emma, Cora, and Sara. Jason's desire is to partner with parents in the difficult task of raising their children for the glory of God, and to ensure that the ministry to children at Grace helps children come to know and love Jesus Christ.



 


   Steve Hollis, Director of Youth Ministry

Steve is originally from Alabama. He attended Mississippi State University where he obtained a degree in Biology. Steve moved to Nashville in 1996 and teaches Biology and English at Christ Presbyterian Academy. Steve completed his Masters degree in English Literature at Belmont University. Before coming to Grace, Steve worked with youth in Louisville, MS, Starkville, MS, and Nashville, TN. Steve and his wife Katie were married in 1999. Their daughter, Sophie, was adopted from China in 2006. Steve’s role at Grace is to direct the volunteer youth ministry team. He enjoys teaching youth to “Make the God Connection” in our culture and in their daily lives.



 


   Jennifer Stadler, Staff Assistant

Jennifer attended the University of Mississippi and began attending Grace in 1998 when she moved to Nashville. She joined the staff at Grace in 2001. Jennifer's primary role at Grace is office administration, and providing organizational and personal administrative assistance to the Pastor and Director of Worship. She married her husband Jonathan in 2008.



 


   Amy Garrison, Ministries Assistant

Amy, along with her husband, Mark, have been members of Grace Community Church since 2000. Amy graduated from Belmont University in 1990 and The University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1994. She joined the staff at Grace Community Church in October 2006. Amy’s primary role at Grace is providing administrative and organizational support for the Director of Church Ministries and Administration, Director of Children’s Ministry, and Director of Youth.
