Church Leadership
Our church leadership is called to serve the congregation in developing a life of discipleship and to equip us to minister in the church and in the world.



Staff

		Scott Patty, Pastor spatty@gccnashville.org Scott is the founding pastor of Grace Community Church. Before he began Grace in 1993, he served as a youth pastor for ten years. He was raised in Nashville and came to faith in Christ as a high school student. He graduated from Belmont University in 1985 and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1989. Scott is married to Beth and has two daughters, Emily and Hannah. Scott's primary calling in the church is to lead the congregation by casting a biblical vision for all of life through the preaching of God's word.
		Jeff Bourque, Director of Worship jbourque@gccnashville.org Jeff has been attending Grace Community Church since his freshman year at Belmont University in 1994. After graduating from Belmont's Music Business program, he traveled for three years as an itinerant worship leader before being asked to join the staff at Grace as Director of Worship. He has served in this capacity since January of 2002. In November of 2004, he married his wife Kelly, and their daughter Lucy was born in January of 2009. His aim is to encourage the body of believers at Grace through coordinating and leading corporate worship that glorifies God and is centered on the gospel.
		Jason Miller, Director of Children's Ministry jmiller@gccnashville.org Jason joined Grace in January of 2007. He graduated from Union University in 2000, and is continuing to work on a Master of Divinity degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jason met his wife Sally while teaching children with Life Action Ministries in 1995. They were married in August of 1998, and have three beautiful daughters: Emma, Cora, and Sara. Jason's desire is to partner with parents in the difficult task of raising their children for the glory of God, and to ensure that the ministry to children at Grace helps children come to know and love Jesus Christ.
		Josh Hussung, Director of Youth Ministry jhussung@gccnashville.org Josh came to Grace in May of 2009. He graduated from Union University in 2005, and continues to pursue a Master of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Josh and his wife, Laura, have been married in 2005 and were blessed with their son Isaac in 2007. Josh seeks to equip students to grow as disciples of Christ by pointing them to the Word of God, the Church, and ministry.
		Bill Bryan, Director of Church Administration bbryan@gccnashville.org Bill has been a member of Grace since 1994 and became responsible for the church’s bookkeeping in 2004 on a part-time basis. He joined the staff of Grace full time in December 2008 after 20 years of experience with accounting and administration in the banking industry and with the State of Tennessee. Bill is married to Julie and has two sons, Ben and Stephen. His role is to oversee the financial and facility operations of the church.
		Sondra Lantzer, Ministries Assistant slantzer@gccnashville.org Sondra discovered Grace Community Church after moving to middle Tennessee in 2009 and she became a member in 2010. Since 1994, Sondra has served with several Christian ministries in the U.S., Ukraine, and Russia. She is happy to now call Nashville home as she joined the church staff in March 2010. Sondra’s main role at Grace is to provide administrative and organizational support for the Director of Church Ministries and Administration, Director of Children’s Ministry, and Director of Youth.
		Nanette Ryan, Office Manager nryan@gccnashville.org Nanette began attending Grace Community Church in the fall of 2000 and joined in 2001. She graduated from Belmont University in 1989 with a degree in Communication Arts. Nanette joined the staff at Grace Community Church in April 2009, after working as Director of Administration for a financial services company. She has a son, Daniel, who is in high school and active in the youth group. Nanette’s primary role at Grace is to oversee and maintain the office operations of Grace Community Church and provide administrative support to the Pastor, Director of Worship and Director of Church Administration.
