Jul 30, 2015 Life at Grace – Sunday School Balance
The new Sunday school year begins August 9. We are grateful each Sunday that we are able to meet together around the word of God. We are grateful to all who serve in this ministry at Grace.
One of our goals this year is to achieve greater balance between the 9:30 and 11:00 Sunday school hours. Currently in the 9:30 Sunday school hour, we are at maximum capacity, while at the 11:00 hour there is plenty of space.
Here’s how you can help:
– Middle and high school Sunday school classes meet only at 9:30. Families with middle or high school students, please continue to attend Sunday school at 9:30 and plan to attend either the 8:00 or 11:00 worship service.
– If you do not have middle school or high school students in your household, please consider attending Sunday school at 11:00.
– For those of you who have elementary age children whose friends attend the 9:30 Sunday school hour, feel free to ask those families to move with you to the 11:00 hour.
It is okay that not everyone will be able to make these changes. However, if enough of you can, it will help us achieve the balance we need to provide space for everyone.
